Materials

We know that there are many types of material to use in your growing industry.

That is why we strive to work with all of them in order to give you the best service possible.

Here are a few of the plastics that we work with commonly

ABS
ABS provides favorable mechanical properties such as impact resistance, toughness, and rigidity when compared with other common polymers. This makes ABS and excellent choice for manufacturing and engineering applications. ABS is used in precision machining as well as 3-D Printing.

Delrin
Delrin® is the DuPont registered trademark for its brand of acetal resin also referred to as     polyoxymethylene (POM). Delrin®, the world’s first acetal resin, is a highly versatile engineering polymer. It offers an excellent balance of desirable properties that bridges the gap between metals and ordinary plastics. Since its introduction in 1960, it has been widely used around the world in many applications, such as in the automotive, appliance, construction, hardware, electronic, and consumer goods industries. Delrin® has gained widespread recognition for its reliability and performance in thousands of engineering components. High mechanical strength and rigidity Toughness and high resistance to repeated impacts Long-term fatigue endurance Excellent resistance to moisture, gasoline, solvents, and many other neutral chemicals Excellent dimensional stability, good resilience and resistance to creep. Natural lubricity Wide end-use temperature range. Good electrical insulating characteristics.

Tivar
The Tivar line of plastic has a high moisture resistance, high abrasion and corrosion resistance making it an excellent choice for long term applications. It is also stain/odor resistant, and it can be used in food production and handling when in its natural white state. It is easily machinable as well.

We also work with a variety of other plastics and acrylics for our clients.

Aluminum
6061, 7075, and special alloys

Steel
Low carbon, high carbon, stainless, other steel alloys

Other metals
Copper, Brass, Nickel, and many others to fit our client’s needs.
